L'Intersem

L'Intersem, en tant qu'Internet sémantique et multilingue, est la mise en continuité pervasive de l'ensemble des conceptions, pratiques, procédures, solutions d'intelligence ambiante, technologies, programmes, services, etc., concourant à la facilitation de l'interintelligiblité mentale.

Il peut être compris comme la maturation numérique de la communication intellectuelle au dessus de la communication de contenus, au-dessus de la communication de signaux d'information binaires.
